CRM Simplified ("we", "our", "the platform") is a cloud-based business management software operated by Simplified Management Solutions, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect information when you use our platform at crmsimplified.in.

- Account information: Company name, name, email address, phone number provided during registration
- Business data: Customer records, prospect lists, employee details, attendance records, work orders and invoices that you enter into the platform
- Usage data: Login times, pages visited, actions performed — used for security and system improvement only
- Device data: IP address, browser type — for security and fraud prevention
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the CRM Simplified platform and all its features
- To send important service notifications (account alerts, system updates)

4. Data Isolation — Multi-Tenant Architecture
CRM Simplified is a multi-tenant platform. Each company account is completely isolated from all other accounts. No company can access, view or interact with data belonging to any other company. Your data is yours alone.
5. Data Storage & Security
- All data is stored on servers in India (Hostinger India infrastructure)
- Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text
- All connections use HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS)
- Login attempts are monitored and accounts are locked after repeated failed attempts
- Regular database backups are maintained
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent, share or transfer your data to any third party for any commercial purpose. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies. The only exception is legal obligations — if required by Indian law or court order, we may be required to disclose certain information.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request. Contact sskjha2016@gmail.com to initiate deletion.

- Right to correct inaccurate data — editable directly within your account
